The growth of evidence-based healthcare and evidence-based healthcare professions education has occurred concurrently with this progress. If healthcare is evidence-based, then the education of practitioners who deliver this healthcare must also be evidence-based. When available, all available evidence, not simply the expert opinion, is systematically gathered, synthesized, and applied in evidence-based health professions education. This constituted a fundamental change away from consensus expert advice and toward evidence-based advice for developing clinical knowledge. The aim of this course is to introduce you the pricniples of systematic and scope reviews and protocol development.
The course will follow the flipped classroom strategy where we will cease the synchronous online meeting for discussions and application of knowledge.
